    For ALL of the "Direct To Consumer" financing programs found on the next page, your customer MUST be the one who applies for the loan.  You, as the merchant, CANNOT complete the loan application for the consumer.

    Your customer MUST use their email address for ALL of the "Direct To Consumer" financing programs found on the next page.  Merchants must NEVER use their email address as the contact email (even if the consumer doesn't have an email address!)

    Failure to comply with this message WILL result in termination from the First Look Approval finance program.  Our lenders have these strict requirements to ensure proper compliance and it is important our merchants follow these simple requests.  THANK YOU!
